Delta company exists to serve every combat veteran, active service member, and reservist who wants to honor the sacrifice of our fallen brothers and sisters by living the best life possible and helping others to do the same.
The war at home is often more challenging for us combat veterans than the conflicts we faced in battle. We often struggle to find purpose, belonging, and happiness in the "real world." Here's why:
We will help re-establish the loving bonds we once forged with our brothers and sisters on the battlefield.
We will share knowledge from the world's greatest leaders, authors and thinkers to empower us to face every challenge life throws at us.
We will connect you with other effective support groups charged with providing many types of professional care.
Online Community [Facebook Group, Website Forums, Weekly Email Newsletter] - Giving you a safe place to share your experiences, your challenges and your stories to help one another win the war at home.
22 Book Challenge [Website, YouTube] - You've seen how the 22 day challenge has effectively raised awareness for veteran suicide. The 22 Book Challenge moves us from awareness to action! Every other week, for 22 weeks, we will read a new book from one of world's greatest leaders to equip us with the knowledge we will need to face and overcome every challenge life throws at us. Remember the old proverb, "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge."
Local Meetups - As our outreach grows, we will depend upon our community to setup local meet ups to allow us to fellowship and build unity in the real world.
Partnering with other Support Groups [IAVA, Reboot Combat Recovery, StackUp.org, etc] Giving you access to the help and support you need in your local community.
I know intimately the suffering and the struggle related to living life as a civilian after warfare. We soldiers may feel as though our lives lack purpose. We may struggle to relate to and integrate with the world around us.
I've had a great deal of help overcoming these hurdles and it's my obsession to pay that help forward for my brothers and sisters facing the same pain.
